For each of the earrings, I've set a vintage glass cabochon in a serrated bezel on a sterling silver post. The cabochons were made in Germany in the 1960s. The bright red glass has been molded then painted and features a yellow starburst surrounded by a white lines. They measure about 1/4" in diameter and stick out about 3/8". I've oxidized the settings to give them a dark shine. The earrings will arrive all boxed up and ready for gift giving (or gift keeping). The last photo shows my packaging; those earrings not included of course.
