Shipping policy
All orders are processed within two weeks after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that this is a one woman show and in times of increased order volume, there may be a delay in when your order ships. Additionally, once an order is in the possession of the United States Postal Service, I am not responsible for delays in shipping.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping in the United States. Upgraded services are available for purchase.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at lisa.luckstruck@gmail.com with your name and order number and I will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at lisa.luckstruck@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
